Set within a well established golf estate, the new owners of this dated Tuscan replica wanted a contemporary transformation, whilst also reconfiguring the current living spaces so as to better compliment modern living, as well as provide a better connection to the outdoor living spaces and garden.
Given that the existing house is very stylized, the decision was made to allow the additions to the house to contrast the current aesthetic, as well as to be modern, and light where possible.
The design of the patio spaces, and new ground floor additions were done in conjunction with a consideration of the garden space and pool in order that the integration of these two provided one living space.
