The renovation of the 1980’s home undertakes to not only give the property a facelift, but also make architectural interventions that improve the spatial flow specifically with regards to connections to outdoor entertainment spaces and the garden. The connection to the garden is especially challenging as the house is located 2m above the garden. This has been solved through introducing a cascading terraced garden that links the patio down to the swimming pool.
