The house is designed as a single-storey villa, oriented to optimise the relationship to the parkland, with all living spaces and bedrooms opening onto the garden. The architectural language of the villa combines traditional beach cottage elements with modernist design principles, including open living spaces, a generosity of light, and a connection to the landscape.
